Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics; senior level considered for more exp.
• Proven expertise in at least one domain: Business Strategy & Analytics, LLM/GenAI, RL, or MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to data science initiatives aligned with your area of expertise (e.g., business analytics, LLM/GenAI, RL, or MLOps).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical approaches, models and KPIs.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, customer behaviors, and opportunities across channels and journeys.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Design, build, and optimize ML/AI solutions based on your specialization.
