Responsibilities

• Lead development of machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data science projects from scoping to deployment.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to define data-driven strategies.
• Interpret data insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in the team.
• Decide on modeling approaches, algorithms, and tools used in projects.
• Approve model deployment and performance standards.
• Recommend platforms, frameworks, and technologies for data science.
• Provide input on data strategy and product development decisions.
• Authorized to pursue relevant training and certification in data science and analytics to support team and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Information / Information System / Industry Engineering or any major with minimum GPA 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
• Having 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing data science projects.
• Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong statistical analysis, data mining, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various platforms like Snowflake (Snowpark), Agent AI, and other emerging data science tools.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be assigned in Lombok (based on project requirements).
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if required.
