Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a senior AI solutions lead to design and deliver data science solutions using GenAI and agentic AI. You will own agent workflows, integrate knowledge and tools, and evaluate guardrails within governance.

You will guide use cases from discovery through adoption and mentor junior developers to enable secure agent building by business teams. The role requires hands-on delivery with platforms like Dify, Google ADK, Amazon Bedrock or Tencent CodeBuddy,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI development, data science, software engineering or automation with ownership of production solutions.
• Hands-on delivery of agents using an agent development platform, kit or framework with tool integration and orchestration.
• Strong Python, SQL, API integration, Git and automated testing skills.
• Experience with LLMs, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation and tool calling.
• Experience with permissions, input/output validation, audit trails, security testing and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to frame business problems and guide delivery from discovery to adoption.

Job description

Role purpose

Lead the design and production delivery of data science solutions using GenAI and agentic AI to solve measurable business problems. Own agent workflows, knowledge and tool integration, evaluation and guardrails within approved governance. Guide use cases from discovery through adoption, mentor junior developers and enable secure agent building by business teams.

Requirements:

1. Min. 5 or more years in AI development, data science, software engineering or automation, including technical ownership of production solutions.
2. Hands-on delivery of agents using an agent development platform, kit or framework such as Dify, Google ADK, Amazon Bedrock, Tencent CodeBuddy or equivalent, with tool integration, workflow orchestration and evaluation.
3. Strong Python, SQL, API integration, Git and automated testing skills. Able to design maintainable services and work with application engineering teams.
4. Practical expertise in LLMs, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge bases, tool calling, agent state and conversational flows, with sound judgment on quality, reliability, latency and cost.
5. Hands-on experience with permissions, input and output validation, approval workflows, audit trails, security testing, evaluation pipelines and production troubleshooting.
6. Ability to frame business problems, evaluate alternatives, lead delivery, mentor colleagues and quantify operational or business outcomes.
