Job summary

Millennium Technology Services is seeking an experienced Data Centre Network Engineer / Architect to lead deployment, migration, troubleshooting and operational consultancy for an enterprise banking environment.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring practical experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Nexus data-centre networking. Candidates with strong implementation and operational experience are welcome; architecture experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ACI fabric deployments, configuration changes, upgrades and migrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot APIC, leaf/spine switches, tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts and L2Out/L3Out connectivity.
• Support Nexus switching and integration between ACI fabrics, traditional networks, firewalls, load balancers and virtualisation platforms.
• Diagnose complex connectivity, routing, policy and fabric issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assess existing environments and recommend improvements to availability, performance, security and operational practices.
• Prepare or review technical designs, implementation plans, Methods of Procedure, rollback plans and operational documentation.
• Work with customer teams, project stakeholders and technical support teams to deliver changes safely.
• Conduct technical discussions, knowledge-transfer sessions and operational handovers.
• Support network automation and API-based configuration or validation where applicable.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise or data-centre networking, with proven hands-on ACI experience in a production environment.
• Practical experience implementing, migrating, upgrading or troubleshooting ACI—not solely training, certification or laboratory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches, NX-OS, leaf/spine architecture and data-centre networking.
• Working knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, vPC and VXLAN/EVPN.
• Ability to troubleshoot ACI policies, endpoint learning, external connectivity and application communication issues.
• Experience preparing implementation procedures and supporting controlled changes in business-critical environments.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to work directly with customers.
• Ability to take technical ownership and work independently.

Preferred Experience

• ACI Multi-Pod/Multi-Site and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator.
• Firewall or load-balancer integration, service graphs and segmentation.
• Banking, financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs or Postman.
• AI-assisted network operations or troubleshooting.
• Relevant CCNP Data Center or CCIE Data Center certification.

For architect-level consideration: Candidates should demonstrate ownership of HLD/LLD development, ACI design decisions, migration strategy, resilience and capacity planning.
