Job summary

Amazon Data Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Data Center Engineer to oversee Data Center Engineering Operations, including risk management and corrective/preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure. You will coordinate with IT and business leaders to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency within AWS facilities.

The role emphasizes on-site management of contractors, performance benchmarking, and incident/change management to support 24x7 operations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with 5+ years of Data Center Engineering Experience, Power Utilities or Oil & Gas.
• Experience leading and managing operation of critical facilities including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• The DCEO Engineer will manage Data Center Engineering Operations within an Amazon Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting.
• On-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure work complies with practices and local legislation.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
• Generate change management requests and incident management tickets for DCEO activities.
• Coordinate projects with IT and business leaders to optimize safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
