Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Data Analyst to be a key partner in shaping sustainable lending decisions. You will deliver actionable insights from data, support critical business choices, and collaborate across product, analytics, and data science teams.

Expect to own dashboards, ETL processes, and experimentation to optimize PayLater strategies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of analytics, strong SQL and visualization skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of analytics experience with measurable impact.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Fintech or consumer lending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand PayLater business, customers, and collection strategies.
• Collaborate with PMs and collections to enable features and optimize strategies via analysis and A/B tests.
• Partner with Data Science to maintain and improve collection models and scorecards.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to produce actionable insights for decision makers.
• Build ETL pipelines within an automated framework requiring minimal maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand PayLater business, our customers, collection strategies.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and collection team to enable new features and optimize collection strategies through analysis and A/B experiments. Present findings clearly through written narratives, documents, dashboards and during stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Data Science team to maintain and enhance collection model and scorecards.
• Maintain key management metrics and develop dashboards not just for monitoring, but to produce actionable insights that decision makers can use to steer the business.
• Develop ETL pipelines within a robust framework that is highly automated and does not require a large team to maintain and monitor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics with at least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Experience in fintech industries/consumer lending business is preferred.
