What you'll be doing

Gather, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement

Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards and reporting solutions to support informed decision making across the organisation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions

Provide expert data analysis and insights to guide strategic initiatives and problem-solving

Continuously enhance data processes, tools and techniques to improve efficiency and data quality

Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

Mentor and guide junior data analysts to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software

Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business recommendations

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different stakeholder groups

Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
