Define, monitor, and report relevant to business needs, such as sales performance, customer retention, inventory levels, and more.
Regularly validate data for accuracy and consistency across ERPNext, Metabase, and spreadsheet tools.
Maintain clear documentation for data sources, transformations, and definitions of metrics and KPIs to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with teams such as finance, operations, and sales to understand data requirements, answer ad-hoc data inquiries, and provide actionable insights.
Analyse trends, identify patterns, and present insights that can inform strategic decisions, optimise operations, and improve overall efficiency.
Have good knowledge in SKU Analysis Metric, Stock and Inventory Analysis, Sales and Demand Analysis, Financial and Profitability Analysis & Warehouse and Logistic Metric.
3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, ideally with experience in ERP systems, BI tools and spreadsheet reporting.
Excellent English, both spoken and in writing.
Proficiency in BI tools beyond Metabase (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create sophisticated dashboards and visualizations tailored to different business needs.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies and issues.
Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to adapt to new tools and data sources as the business grows and evolves.
Ability to initiate discussion with senior members, leaders, technical lead, and colleagues at all levels of an organisation.
Experience managing data projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
