Overview

As a Senior Data & Strategy Analyst at BukuWarung, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making for our lending business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define key business metrics, uncover strategic insights, and optimize operational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of both business dynamics and data infrastructure, enabling you to influence high-level decisions and improve overall efficiency.

You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into actionable data insights, and leading initiatives that enhance both user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics & Business Insights: Identify, analyze, and interpret key business drivers such as origination, repayment patterns, conversion rates, unit economics, and customer lifetime value to support growth and profitability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, lending, risk, and operations teams to align on defining and measuring success metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand analytical needs, prioritize requirements, and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and maintain robust, scalable reporting solutions using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to enable real-time business tracking.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Lead initiatives to improve data accessibility, automate reporting workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
• Data Governance & Strategy: Define and centralize success metrics, ensuring data consistency and integrity across business functions.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning for lending optimization.

• Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives, from defining requirements to execution and impact measurement.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in working with risk, operations, or product teams in a data-driven capacity is a strong plus.
