Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will serve as a key thinking partner for our business stakeholders and product management teams across various business and product domains. In this role, you will leverage data to drive insights, support decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations that will shape the direction of our products and business strategies. Your key responsibilities include:

• Database: Design, test, and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Product Engineering, Data Engineering) to enable, extract, or enrich data/data pipelines.
• Reporting: Design, build, and disseminate dashboards or other self-service data products to enable stakeholders to quickly assess business performance, explore data, or derive insights.
• Analysis: Conduct descriptive or diagnostic analyses to uncover valuable findings and insights to better understand the business.
• Experimentation: Design, analyze, and disseminate experiments or causal-impact studies to test hypotheses, variants, or initiatives, and determine the best outcomes based on relevant success metrics.
• Modeling: Develop and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Product Engineering, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists) to deploy supervised or unsupervised models tailored to business needs, aiming to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Passionate about data, analysis, or insights with high curiosity and skepticism.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey data-driven findings effectively.
• Minimum 4 years of full-time experience as a data analyst (prior experience as a scientist or engineer is also considered).
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL, spreadsheets, and R/Python.
• At least 4 years of experience creating dashboards with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Domo).
• Experience in statistical experimentation or A/B testing is a plus.
• Experience in developing supervised or unsupervised models is a plus.
• Experience working on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics, Engineering, or Economics is a plus.
