About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic-minded Business Performance Analyst to join our CEO Office. This role is key to unlocking business growth by managing and analyzing data across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue performance.

This position will work closely with the CEO and Department Leaders to track key commercial metrics (Sales Leads, Sales Cycle, Revenue, Account Receivable, etc.), provide insights, and guide data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, including Sales Leads, Sales Cycle duration, Revenue achievement vs. target, and Account Receivable status.
  • Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards to predict business trends and guide strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient tracking of leads and deal pipelines, optimizing performance across the sales funnel.
  • Conduct post-campaign and post-sales performance reviews to measure the impact of commercial strategies.
  • Derive insights from CRM and internal databases to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with the CEO and department leads to provide strategic, data-backed recommendations.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and performance reports using Google Sheets, Retool, and other relevant Business Intelligence tools.
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis, business performance, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and analyzing CRM and sales/marketing performance data.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, and BigQuery; knowledge in JavaScript and Retool is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Comfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a strong drive to support business impact.
  • Willingness to develop deep understanding in new domains, beyond revenue-related data.
