MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Customs Clearance Manager in South Jakarta on-site to oversee end-to-end import/export compliance and governance. You will sign key documents and lead audits, ensuring alignment with Indonesian regulations and global best practices.

You will collaborate with government authorities, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to design compliant strategies, mitigate risks, and drive efficient cross-border operations in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• PPJK certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years in Customs Clearance, International Trade, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain with import/export exposure.
• Minimum 5 years in global trade compliance, customs governance, or customs leadership in multinationals.
• Strong experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, electronics manufacturing, FMCG, or high-volume industries.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, HS Code, valuation, bonded facilities, and origin rules.
• Familiarity with WTO, WCO, rules of origin, and global customs practices.
• Proven experience leading audits, regulatory inspections, and government liaison.
• Excellent analytical, regulatory interpretation, and implementation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customs clearance operations for import and export activities with full compliance.
• Serve as an authorized legal signatory for customs documentation (export declarations, etc.).
• Develop and implement customs compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Build relationships with customs authorities, government agencies, and regulators.
• Lead customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; address audit findings.
• Oversee HS Code classifications, valuation, and origin rules.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into operational processes.
• Assess risks, identify bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, legal, finance, and regional HQ.
