Zusammenfassung

DayOne Data Centers is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to represent the client on a mission-critical data center project in Malaysia. You will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural aspects, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with design intent, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of CSA experience.
Strong understanding of CSA-MEP interfaces; prior involvement in data center, Mission critical or semiconductor plant projects is highly advantageous.

Aufgaben

Represent the client in overseeing all CSA construction activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, programme, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor and review the main contractor’s execution of structural, architectural, and external works across all project phases.
Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and progress reviews to ensure timely delivery of CSA scope.
Coordinate with M&E teams to manage builder’s works interfaces (openings, equipment foundations, cable routing).
Ensure CSA works comply with local codes and standards (Singapore’s BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA).
Review QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements to maintain safety and quality.
