Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of CSA experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of CSA–MEP interfaces; data center or semiconductor projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client in CSA construction activities, ensuring design intent, safety, and quality.
• Monitor contractor execution of structural, architectural, and external works across all project phases.
• Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and progress reviews to ensure timely CSA delivery.
