• At least 1 year of working experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist in the related field.
• Able to work with target and tight deadline.

Job description

A Senior Creator Management is responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate marketing program. You will typically focus on building relationships with affiliates (partners), optimizing affiliate campaigns, and ensuring the program meets its performance and revenue goals.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong relationships with existing creator affiliates to retain their loyalty and ensure long-term collaboration
• Identify, onboard, and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-commerce creators
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, or leads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum results (e.g., click-through rates, conversions)
• Provide training, tools, and resources to help affiliates succeed
• Serve as the primary contact point for affiliates, promptly addressing their queries and concerns

Qualification :

• Familiar with Tiktok or Shopee Affiliates and mainstream e-commerce platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
