We're seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and innovative designs for our digital campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that captivate our audience and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts for POSM, digital campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, presentation templates, and more.
  2. Design Execution: Create visually appealing designs, including 2D and 3D illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics.
  3. Design Tools: Proficiently use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  5. Time Management: Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  6. Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Min. 2 years experience in the same role.
  2. Min. Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  3. Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills.
  5. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
