Job Description:

1. Develop creative concepts and visuals for campaigns, branding, and key initiatives
2. Translate briefs into impactful visual ideas that align with business goals and brand strategy
3. Ensuring high-quality & consistency of all creative outputs across all touchpoints
4. Develop campaign key visuals, layouts, and assets for digital, social media, print, and other platforms
5. Stay updated with trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work fresh and relevant
6. Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, from concept through final execution

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in creative/design roles
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and visual storytelling
4. Proven ability to translate briefs into impactful, effective creative solutions
5. Deep understanding of design principles, layout, composition, color, and typography
6. Strong ability to ideate and develop compelling concepts from scratch, and able to provide rationale behind the work
7. Solid experience in developing brand identities and building visual systems
8. Experience in developing integrated campaigns (concept & key visual) across digital, social, and offline platforms
9. Strong skills in digital imaging, including photo manipulation, retouching, and visual composition
10. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
11. Having a good taste in art is a must
12. Illustration/motion graphic skills are a strong plus
