Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cost Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for monitoring material and product movement, managing cost accounting processes, and supporting management with accurate costing and financial insights. Candidates with garment or manufacturing background are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily material in-out reports and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Monitor daily product movement (in-out) and reconcile with production and warehouse records.
• Manage accounting records and reports related to outsourcing/subcontracting.
• Perform Material and Cost Accounting to support accurate COGS calculation.
• Monitor and analyze Inventory Turnover, providing insights to improve efficiency.
• Conduct Costing Analysis and variance reporting.
• Maintain SAP Master Data related to Costing and Inventory.

Qualifications

• At least held Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Management or Cost Accounting positions (manufacturing background preferred).
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office (Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, IF, Vlookup, etc.).
• Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Chinese language skills and SAP system experience will be an advantage.
