Job summary

Monks Indonesia is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft compelling concepts across media and align with brand guidelines. You will drive regional campaigns, collaborating with teams to deliver high-impact work that resonates with local and global audiences.

You will lead creative executions, present ideas to clients, and stay ahead of digital and social trends, contributing to a culture that values creativity and quality across the Monks network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior copywriting or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Knowledge of building brand identities via multi-channel marketing.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development in graphic design or social media.
• Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and produce concepts for traditional and non-traditional media, including 360 campaigns.
• Understand marketing initiatives, positioning, and target audience.
• Ensure creative concepts follow the approved brief, brand and product guidelines.
• Collaborate with regional Monks teams to brainstorm campaigns and win projects.
• Develop and manage all creative executions across platforms, with consumer insights.
• Take work from concept to final execution on time and budget.
• Present completed ideas to clients and team members in status calls.
• QA all creative assets to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on trends, especially digital and social media.
• Report progress of projects at major stages of conception and execution.
• Maintain campaign consistency and positive brand image across channels.
• Work with internal and external partners to implement best practices.
