The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in contract management within project-based industries, with strong negotiation and risk-management skills to ensure compliance and optimal commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in contract management, procurement contracts, or commercial roles within project-based industries, with at least 3 years at superintendent handling contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement governance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end contract processes from pre-award to post-award stages.
• Draft, review, and control contracts, including terms & conditions, scope of work, risk allocation, and commercial clauses.
• Lead and support tendering and bidding processes, including legal and commercial evaluations.
• Conduct and support contract negotiations with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor contract execution, including variations, amendments, claims, and dispute-related matters.
• Maintain complete and auditable contract documentation, including contracts, PO, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, project, and site teams) to manage contractual risks and deviations.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor performance against contractual obligations and agreed service levels.
• Prepare contract status reports, risk registers, and commercial summaries for management.
