Senior Content Strategist

IFS Capital is an SGX-listed financial services company offering innovative financing solutions to businesses across ASEAN. Beyond lending, we have a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries, including Lendingpot, Friday Finance, Friyay, IFS Asset Management (IFSAM), and ECICS Insurance.

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to lead and execute content strategies across multiple brands and markets (Singapore & Malaysia). This role requires strong storytelling, strategic planning, and execution skills to create compelling content for B2B and B2C audiences while maintaining distinct brand voices for each entity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage a content calendar across brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Define brand voice & messaging frameworks for each entity to maintain consistency.
3. Identify high-impact content areas (e.g., SEO, social media, EDMs, paid ads) to maximize reach.
4. Repurpose content across different brands and platforms to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of content marketing experience (preferably in financial services, fintech, or multi-brand environments).
2. Ability to juggle multiple brands, tones, and audience segments (B2B & B2C).
3. Experience creating various content formats (SEO blogs, ad copy, social, EDMs, thought leadership).
4. Hands-on experience with content automation tools, AI writing assistants, and social media scheduling.
5. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for brand consistency.
6. Understanding of regional differences between Singapore & Malaysia (preferred).
7. Excellent time management & prioritization skills to handle high content volume.
8. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
