Job summary

Carousellgroup in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Content Creator/Manager to lead the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website/blog. You will develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for short-form videos, carousels, and product showcases while ensuring brand consistency.

You will shoot, edit and publish content including in-store and customer stories, and guide junior creators and partners. Strong analytics and Bahasa Indonesia copywriting are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content creation, social media or digital marketing; experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer tech is a plus.
• Portfolio showing strong short-form video and social content.
• Hands-on skill with video editing and design tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva or Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).
• Comfortable building clear reports in Google Sheets/Excel or Looker Studio and presenting insights.
• Excellent copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia; good English.
• Organised, self-driven, and able to manage several projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website/blog and CRM channels.
• Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for short-form video, carousels, product showcases and campaign assets.
• Shoot, edit and publish content, including in-store, product and customer-story content.
• Produce content for campaigns, store openings, brand partnerships and promotions, in line with brand guidelines.
• Keep tone, visuals and messaging consistent with the brand across every channel.
• Track trends, formats and competitor content, and turn them into tested ideas.
• Brief and guide junior creators, freelancers and KOL/creator partners; review their work for quality and brand fit.
• Track content performance: reach, views, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, traffic and conversions where measurable.
• Prepare weekly content performance updates and a monthly content report for the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Analyse what works by platform, format and theme, and recommend changes to the content plan.
• Report on KOL/partner and paid-boost content results against targets.
• Maintain the content tracker and asset library so output, status and results are visible to the team.
• Contribute content KPIs and insights to quarterly marketing reviews.
