Job Description

You will develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment, supporting our clients in mastering their challenges in a VUCA world. As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager, you will take responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects, contributing to business development. You will interact directly with clients at management level and guide module teams. From the start, you are considered an entrepreneur within our company. We encourage initiative, creative thinking, and responsibility. Your responsibilities include:

1. Liaising directly with clients to ensure open communication at all levels.
2. Guiding module teams, including clients and colleagues.
3. Contributing to business development efforts.
4. Preparing and delivering client presentations.
5. Supporting preparation for and participation in client meetings.
6. Leading client interviews.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

1. At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or 7-8 years in relevant industry roles, ideally in Regulated/Energy/Chemical sectors, Investor Support, Telco, Media & Tech, Healthcare & Life Sciences.
2. Outstanding academic credentials at both undergraduate and graduate levels. An MBA from a top-tier institution and international experience are advantageous.
3. Diversified experience in emerging markets, including Southeast Asia, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
5. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with experience leading work streams.
6. An understanding of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel.
