Senior Consultant Learning and Development

We are hiring Senior Consultant Learning and Development for Daya Dimensi Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop customized learning and development solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Prepare compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of solutions.
  • Lead project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Conduct results presentations to clients, ensuring alignment with SLA accomplishments.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing expertise with the team.
  • Represent the company as a speaker at public national/international events and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology or any major.
  • 7 - 10 years of working experience as a Learning and Development Specialist.
  • Experience as a trainer/facilitator is beneficial.
  • Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations).
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.
  • Good analytical thinking skills.
  • Passionate about People Learning and Development.
  • Possess and apply continuous learning skills.
