Daya Dimensi Indonesia is currently hiring for Senior Consultant Assessment Center position.

Job Descriptions:
  1. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client-specific challenges and opportunities.
  3. Develop customized assessment center solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  4. Prepare compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Assessment Center solutions.
  5. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
  6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the solution lifecycle.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing your expertise with the team.
  8. Manage project delivery as the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  1. Master’s degree in psychology or any major.
  2. 7 - 10 years of working experience as an Assessment Specialist and Talent Management Specialist.
  3. Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations).
  4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
  5. Good communication and interaction skills.
  6. Good analytical thinking skills.
  7. Passionate about Assessment Center or Diagnostic.
