Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia to lead capital construction projects from site selection through turnover, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

You will coordinate with Global Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Legal, IT, and external partners in a hybrid work setup with about 20% travel, building scalable governance and vendor networks for future expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing capital construction projects and programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex construction projects from concept through completion.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction projects of varying size and complexity using standardized project management methodologies.
• Direct all phases of project execution from planning to closeout.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and internal stakeholders on site selection and due diligence.
• Manage external PM firms, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
