Job summary

Bw Digital seeks a Technical Programme Manager – Construction & General Contractor to lead technical planning, governance and delivery of data centre construction across Singapore or Batam. You will act as the technical authority, setting strategies and standards to ensure safe, compliant execution.

You will oversee design coordination, procurement, site execution, QA, risk management and client handover, coordinating with design consultants, general contractors, suppliers and commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with project management focus.
• CEng/PE or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data centres is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for construction delivery across data centre programmes.
• Develop construction strategies, governance frameworks and standards.
• Lead design coordination, procurement and construction execution.
• Review and approve construction plans, logistics and sequencing.
• Coordinate CSA/MEP of mission-critical infrastructure.
• Manage contractor interfaces and risk with cross-functional teams.
• Drive value engineering and continuous improvement across projects.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery and handover ready facilities.
