Job summary

Bw Digital is seeking an Engineer - Control & Automation Design for work on data centre projects in Singapore or Batam, Indonesia. You will design and govern automation systems, review control strategies, and ensure cybersecurity compliance across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable, reliable and energy-efficient solutions for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in control, electrical, mechatronics, automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant control and automation design experience for mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with BMS/EPMS/SCADA/DCIM and industrial networking.
• PE/CEng or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review control and automation system designs for data centre projects.
• Prepare control philosophies, sequences of operations and design docs.
• Design resilient control networks with redundant servers, controllers and field devices.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, fire protection and IT systems.
• Support FAT, SAT, IST and commissioning activities.
• Provide lifecycle support and ongoing optimisation of automation systems.
