The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in media or connection planning within an agency, can balance data with strategic thinking, and isn’t afraid to speak up with better opportunities for clients

• Experience in media planning and connection planning.
• Ability to turn data and audience insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Turn business objectives, audience behavior, and insights into connection strategies and media plans.
• Figure out the role of channels, audiences, moments, and touchpoints, and how they should work together.
• Use research and data to make clear recommendations on where media investment can work hardest.
• Work with Investment, Creative, Strategy, Data, and other specialists to turn thinking into connected, effective plans.
• Present recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams; stay ahead of changes in culture and technology.
