Job summary

PT Mugi Rekso Abadi (MRA) seeks a senior Compliance professional to strengthen and oversee compliance across its F&B, Media, and Retail businesses. You will ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

You will manage audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, reporting, internal investigations, and compliance awareness programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold high integrity and governance across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Law; Master preferred
• 7-10 years in Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit
• Experience in multi-unit or multi-brand businesses (F&B/Media/Retail) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Labor Regulations, and industry-specific compliance
• Knowledge/training in Corporate Governance, Risk Assessment & Internal Audit, ISO 37001, regulatory updates preferred
