Job Summary

The Senior Commercial Large Loss Project Manager dispatches and manages large loss assignments referred from the SERVPRO Call Center, clients, and other sources. The role involves promoting active communication with franchises and clients, and enforcing guidelines and contracts as stipulated by the client.

You will
  • Provide dispatch assistance to the Customer Care Center on a 24/7/365 basis upon request.
  • Communicate job file requirements to operators.
  • Oversee projects over $1,000,000 across the US, in conjunction with territorial CLLD PMs.
  • Manage multiple complex projects exceeding $1,000,000 each.
  • Document daily job progress, including labor and subcontractor activities.
  • Use Time and Material software for real-time, accurate updates.
  • Complete weekly job status reports for all assigned projects.
  • Maintain weekly calls and written reports with the FCM for each region.
  • Verify scope and estimates for compliance with operational and pricing agreements.
  • Work with the National Accounts Sales division to ensure contract adherence.
  • Notify carriers of job progress and reserve variances; provide weekly status updates to support staff.
  • Review and critique estimates, advise on best practices, and assist with job site issues.
  • Recommend resource vendors and qualify subcontractors.
  • Review completed job files and assist with collections as needed.
  • Support efforts to improve franchise and customer experience.
  • Provide consulting services for insurance companies.
  • Submit expense reports timely and manage travel expenses.
  • Provide oversight and field training for CLLD PMs.
  • Understand local and national building codes.
  • Conduct quarterly contact with LLRT members.
  • Develop and deliver classroom training as needed.
  • Travel to storm sites to assist with project securing and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HQ field consultants during storm events.
You have
  • Proficiency in English communication in various formats.
  • At least 10 years of experience in property claim adjusting or restoration, with 15 years in large loss management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Xactimate Estimating and T&M invoicing.
  • Understanding of property insurance coverage and limitations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business or related fields preferred.
  • IICRC and WRT certifications required or obtainable within the first year.
Working Conditions

Fast-paced environment, 40 hours/week, with travel minimum 50%, including occasional weekends. Valid driver’s license required.
