Job summary

Plus Group in Bandung is seeking a seasoned CNC Programmer to lead the application and optimization of multi-axis CNC machining for Medial+ precision manufacturing lines, ensuring components meet pharmaceutical-grade tolerances.

You will collaborate with tooling and quality teams to develop cutting strategies, select tooling, and maintain CNC programs in the PLM system, with a strong emphasis on compliance in ISO 13485 or GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years CNC programming in 3- to 5-axis milling and turning.
• Proficient in CAM software — Mastercam, Hypermill, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and precision metrology.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 13485 or GMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Programme and optimise multi-axis CNC machining centres (Fanuc / Siemens controllers)
• Develop cutting strategies, tooling selections, and fixture designs for new part introductions
• Collaborate with quality engineers on CMM inspection and process capability studies
• Troubleshoot machining defects and drive root-cause corrective actions
• Maintain and update CNC programmes in the PLM system
