Job summary

Amazon Web Services Indonesia is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex AWS-based cloud projects within ProServe. You will combine leadership with technical credibility, guiding migrations, architecture choices, and customer outcomes.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, distill requirements, and manage risks while delivering high-impact results across enterprise engagements. AWS certifications and strong program management are valued.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
