Job summary

Recoolit is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our Supply Growth team to own and accelerate the upstream pipeline. You will hunt for partners in HVAC, real estate, and industrial sectors, run outbound outreach across phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in sales development, telesales, field sales, or a similar high-volume role.
• Genuine hunter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian with strong verbal communication.
• Organized and digitally literate; comfortable with a CRM, Slack, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheets.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced startup with aggressive targets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: Generate new supply leads via cold outreach, field visits, events, and referrals.
• Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to assess fit against criteria.
• Meeting setting: Book qualified meetings for Account Representatives.
• CRM hygiene: Log interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Feedback loop: Share field insights to refine messaging and targeting.
