Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Jakarta seeks a Senior Data Analytics Lead to identify client challenges, design analytics solutions, and guide delivery from proposal through implementation.

You will mentor the analytics team, drive pre-sales, ensure quality, and collaborate with clients using Python, R, SAS, SQL, and BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights and measurable value.

  • Data extraction, cleansing, and processing.
  • Statistical testing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), supervised/unsupervised model creation, optimization.
  • Designing and developing advanced reporting and dashboards for data visualization.
• Oversee the implementation of analytics solutions in client systems and monitor post-implementation performance and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the analytics team, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
• Expand data analytics project (opportunities) through pre‑sales activity.

• Organize analysis results to report and clearly present it, providing actionable insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
• Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team to drive continuous growth.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
