Responsibilities:

  • Be well-versed about the brands and share knowledge effectively with valued clients.
  • Provide excellent service to clients in accordance with the brand's guidelines.
  • Initiate connections and build relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Manage and preserve clients' information and preferences.
  • Continuously boost sales to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Effective in persuasive communication.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and target-oriented.
  • Experience in luxury sales and databases is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
