Qualifications

Master's degree required in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of civil/structural experience, villa/residential preferred.
Experience with high-end villa projects in Bali highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop civil and structural systems for villa projects from concept through construction.
Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure buildability.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian SNI standards and safety requirements.
Conduct site visits to verify workmanship and accuracy.
