Company Description

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support our geothermal and broader energy infrastructure projects. This role is crucial in delivering feasibility studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), design reviews, and technical due diligence related to geothermal power plants and associated surface infrastructure.

Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering design and review, preferably in energy infrastructure, with a focus on geothermal projects.
• Experience in feasibility studies and front-end engineering projects, especially in remote or challenging environments.
• Knowledge of geotechnical investigations, site development, and structural integrity assessments.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (SNI, ASCE, or equivalent).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead or support civil and structural design for energy infrastructure projects, focusing on geothermal development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and FEED, including site layout, earthworks, drainage, access roads, retaining structures, and foundations.
• Assist in technical due diligence by identifying terrain, constructability, and infrastructure risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (process, electrical, mechanical, subsurface) and external partners.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations in both Indonesian and English.
