Hi, I'm Eringga – CTO at SolutionLabs Group Indonesia.

We’re currently planning the development of a Super App that will serve as a powerful digital ecosystem for the corporate world. To make this happen, we are looking for a Senior System Analyst who is highly experienced, business-savvy, and able to translate complex corporate needs into actionable application systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand strategic goals and requirements
• Translate business processes into clear technical specifications and systems architecture
• Design end-to-end workflows, use cases, ERD, system logic, and integrations
• Bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment
• Provide insights and structure that ensure the resulting product is both functional and scalable

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience as a System Analyst, ideally on large-scale platforms or enterprise apps
• Strong understanding of corporate business processes (B2B & B2C)
• Proven ability to produce detailed functional and non-functional documentation
• Experience with API architecture, system integration, and scalable system design
• Solid grasp of UI and UX principles – able to collaborate closely with designers to ensure usability and user-centered logic
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile environments
• Familiarity with Super App concepts or modular app development is a big plus

Expected location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia (hybrid flexibility)
