A leading ICT solutions provider in Tangerang seeks a Business Process Improvement Specialist. Responsibilities include developing business processes, reviewing regulations, and leading process mapping sessions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative ICT solutions.
1. Develop intricate business processes incorporating SLA, RACI Matrix, RCM, and Internal Control mechanisms.
2. Create and review company regulation documents, including policies, SOPs, guidelines, and work guides, ensuring alignment with business regulations, government standards, and global benchmarks & reference such as ISO and COSO.
3. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Lead process mapping and facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGD) sessions with Process Owners to design optimal solutions for future processes.
5. Execute walkthroughs to identify gaps and bottlenecks, implementing corrective measures.
6. Lead and manage Process Improvement Projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
General Requirements:
Graduates from a reputable University, with a preference for majors in Engineering, Business Management, and Finance/Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, preferably in technology industries.
Experience as an Internal Auditor and/or conducting tests of control.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fast learner, capable of thriving in a high-demand environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Adaptive in high demand work environment
Technical Requirements:
Experience in Business Process Mapping and alignment, covering high level to low-level (granular) processes.
Understanding common BPI Methodologies (i.e. Lean Principal, PDCA, Six Sigma, etc) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Visio) as primary working tools.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel or other analytics tools.
Having exposure to project planning, accounting management, and financial management is a plus
