Position: Senior Manager - Business Development

Working in a dynamic and diversified team, the Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in maximizing both the utilization and revenue in Indonesia and across the regional business. The objective of the role is proactive business development to achieve and exceed budget expectations by performing day to day sales and marketing activities, as well as by developing strong working relationships with business partners to position and market TEC products to clients across multiple cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate the private offices product sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured and target-driven strategy with disciplined and proactive attitude towards marketing and networking
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
  • Handle sales enquiries and site inspections while providing solutions according to the client’s expectation
  • Account management of clients to achieve high retention rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pre-sales planning and after sales services
  • Maintain all online CRM system data to ensure accuracy of all sales results, opportunities, contacts and contracts
  • Actively build network on behalf of TEC among Real Estate Agencies, Chambers of Commerce, Government Bodies, Professional Services firms and MNCs
  • Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with internal team members, clients and business partners
  • Participate in business events and sales related activities

Who are we looking for:

  • 6 years working experience with minimum 2 years of managerial grade
  • Prior experience in premium property, commercial leasing, or serviced office sectors is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Good English, Mandarin and/or Japanese communication skills are an advantage
  • Highly motivated, proactive and presentable disposition
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
  • Ability to negotiate with decision-makers, executives, and CEO
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, other applications are a plus
