Primary Focus: Connecting Indonesian-based consulting firms and service providers with user companies in Timor-Leste within the following sectors:
- Switching Company Consulting (e.g., payment systems, platform integration)
- Tower Construction Consulting (telecommunications infrastructure)
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Timor-Leste market, specifically targeting the IT consulting, switching, and tower construction sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within Timor-Leste.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and relevant regulations in Timor-Leste.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies across Timor-Leste.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients in Timor-Leste to offer relevant consulting solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification in Timor-Leste to deal closure.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture excellent relationships with consulting firms and service providers based in Indonesia.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities and services offered by partner companies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Indonesian partners and clients in Timor-Leste.
Technical and Industry Acumen:
- Possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, switching systems, and telecommunications infrastructure development (towers).
- Articulate the value and benefits of consulting solutions to clients in Timor-Leste effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends relevant to the Timor-Leste market.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular business development progress reports, focusing on activities and outcomes in Timor-Leste.
- Analyze sales performance in Timor-Leste and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide market insights and feedback related to the Timor-Leste market to management and relevant teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree in Business, Management, Engineering (IT, Telecommunications, Civil), or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on B2B (Business-to-Business) solutions.
- Relevant experience in dealing with clients or partners in the IT consulting, switching, or tower construction industries is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with or engaging in international markets, particularly within the Southeast Asian region, is a significant plus. Experience in the Timor-Leste market is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds in Timor-Leste.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities, tailored for a Timor-Leste audience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish connections within the Timor-Leste business community.
