Job summary

A leading provider of forklift solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive in Surabaya, Indonesia. Responsible for sales tasks, monitoring dealer performance, and supporting key customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in industrial sales and must be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial sales.
  • Proficient in handling B2B sales for industrial products.
  • Prior experience in managing a Technical Sales/Marketing network in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales tasks following company guidelines.
  • Monitor dealers' performance.
  • Assist in developing advertising campaigns.

Overview

To be responsible on business development the Company's business in Eastern Java

Prepares sales related tasks with established company guidelines, follow up & attend to key customers

To monitor dealers‘ performance and support in any presale, after sales related enquiries

Assists in development of advertising campaigns and any other promotions

Other duties may be assigned to the incumbent according to business and Company needs

Responsibilities

  • Monitor dealers’ performance and support presale and aftersales inquiries.
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to business and company needs.
Job Requirements
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in industrial sales.
  • Preferable to have prior working experience in managing a Technical Sales / Marketing network in Indonesia.
  • Proven negotiation skills at senior level.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in handling Chinese customers is preferred.
  • Prior experience in B2B on industrial products, forklift, heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Willing to travel.
