Job description

Develop solid and trusting relationships and acquisition activities by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.

Review own sales performance against objectives and adjust focus to achieve sales goals.

Provide account support and administration to maintain and lead the flow of Tender (new client and existing client) until completion.

Identify potential project issues that need to be addressed within the scope of business development.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.

At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Business Development or Tender Administration roles.

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Bahasa.

Strong negotiation and time management skills.

Service-oriented and detail-oriented.
