A growing tech-driven service company is seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Executive. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, closing medium to high-value digital projects, and mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in business development within digital agencies, with a strategic mindset and fluency in English.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Business Development Executive who can own their pipeline, guide junior team members, and help shape the future of a growing tech-driven service company.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing medium-to-high-value digital projects — working directly with stakeholders, internal teams, and international markets. If you're strategic, execution-focused, and ready to scale impact, this is your moment to lead.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and inbound opportunities
Manage and convert a sales pipeline of projects valued between IDR 80 million–3 billion
Secure at least 2–3 qualified meetings per week and close 2–3 deals per quarter
Build and optimize pricing strategies, rate cards, and service packages
Mentor and support junior BD team members with feedback and performance guidance
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, creative, marketing, operations) for smooth delivery alignment
Prepare high-quality proposals, decks, and strategic plans
Track and report on acquisition performance, market trends, and expansion opportunities
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally in a digital agency or tech service environment
Proven track record of closing medium to high-value deals
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles with international clients and multi-stakeholder environments
Fluent in English — both spoken and written
Strategic thinker who can plan and execute BD initiatives across multiple markets
Proficient with CRM tools , spreadsheets, and collaborative platforms like Notion or Trello
Bonus: Experience with digital services such as branding, UI/UX, web & mobile dev, digital marketing, Web3, or 3D
