Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics or project management.
• 1–2 years in a lead capacity supervising junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision and review of deliverables (BRD/FRD, project logs, process maps).
• Drive discovery and design of To-Be processes to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, scope, risks, and UAT activities.
• Bridge IT/Dev with business units and manage stakeholder expectations.
