Job description

Responsibilities :

• Lead documentation and coordination of business/functional requirements (BRD, FSD, use cases, diagrams).
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to refine scope, objectives, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure requirements are well-structured, versioned, and traceable across delivery phases.
• Collaborate with Product Solution Architect to align requirements with solution architecture and product vision.
• Mentor and review work from junior/mid-level Business Analysts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify documentation gaps and contribute to defining requirement standards and reusable templates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Project Teams on sprint readiness and requirement handoffs.
• Support UAT alignment and test case mapping based on defined business flows.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles in tech/platform environments.
• Exposure to at least one of the following domains: Telco, AI/ML, Security, IoT, or Data Pipelines.
• Able to independently drive requirement clarification and documentation with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar.
• The candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, a process ownership mindset, and a collaborative communication style.
• Willing to take initiative in improving documentation standards and mentoring junior resources.
