Job description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technology teams to uncover pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and shape tech-driven solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll help design and prototype scalable solutions—supported by automation, data insights, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning—to address business challenges and drive efficiency.

In this role, you’ll navigate complex requirements, balance priorities across departments, and ensure each initiative aligns with broader business objectives. You’ll engage with senior leaders, often at C-level, to define goals, translate needs into actionable plans, and support the development of compelling business proposals. Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of technology will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and tech teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions

• Lead discovery sessions and analyse business processes to identify gaps and opportunities

• Translate requirements into clear documentation, user stories, wireframes, or proof-of-concept

• Design user journeys and prototypes to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals

• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple functions and projects

• Facilitate workshops and validation sessions with stakeholders, including senior leadership

• Contribute to business proposals, value assessments, and solution presentations in presales and delivery efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or business technology roles

• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of process design and solution validation

• Experience with wireframes or mockups; technically fluent and comfortable discussing APIs, architecture, and platform capabilities

• Familiar with automation, AI, low-code tools, and emerging digital technologies

• Strong communication skills—clear, structured, and audience-appropriate

• Able to manage multiple initiatives with a high level of attention to detail and strategic alignment

• Curious and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
