Job Requirement

What You'll Do

• Compliance & Policy Development: Develop, update, and socialize IT/business policies, standards, and guidelines in line with financial services regulations and best practices.
• Cost & Process Optimization: Support IT/Cloud cost efficiency initiatives by analyzing usage, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to implement cost-effective solutions without sacrificing performance.
• IT & Business Portfolio Management: Maintain and monitor IT/business portfolio documentation, ensuring alignment with client strategy and supporting governance processes for new technology adoptions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business users, IT, finance, risk, and regulatory teams to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure the effective adoption of standards and solutions.
• Program & Project Support: Provide business analysis support for digital transformation programs, including requirement gathering, preparing BRD/FSD, defining KPIs/success metrics, and monitoring project progress.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking/multifinance or consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of banking/multifinance business processes, SDLC, and governance frameworks.
• Skilled in preparing documentation such as BRD, FSD, SOP, policies, and guidelines.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (OJK/BI) is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
