Position Overview:The Senior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the brand's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beverage industry, particularly with effervescent and ready-to-drink products, or in health-related instant products and supplements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance corporate directives with independent decision-making, ensuring the brand's continued growth and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.
  • Manage and oversee all brand-related activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Liaise with internal operations, sales channels, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Conduct regular field visits to gather market insights and ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report data using manual systems, providing actionable insights to the senior management.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and internal directives, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on the beverage industry or health-related products.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and marketing ROI calculations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and report data manually.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in both corporate and independent decision-making structures is highly desirable.
